With a proven track record of success, we're expanding and looking for a talented Team Manager to help us continue our growth trajectory.

As a Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role in increasing product and service awareness, maintaining a positive brand image, and driving customer engagement. You will be tasked with managing a team of customer service representatives, motivating, inspiring, and driving them to hit client sales goals within a territory. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and customer support teams to enhance our clients' return on investment and expand into new markets as well as a large involvement in the human resources side of hiring and firing. This position is for someone who likes to wear multiple hats within an organization and is motivated for team and individual successes.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop and distribute positive branding messages for our clients' products and services

· Engage with customers in a polite, empathetic, and courteous manner, addressing any questions and educating them on our offerings

· Promote, present, and distribute materials related to promotions, sales trajectories, market trends, and services to targeted audiences

· Analyze new marketing strategies, sales trends, and product/service performance to drive growth

· Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships

· Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our service performance

· Maintain up-to-date client information and uphold a professional demeanor in all client interactions

Team Manager Qualifications:

· Prior experience in customer service, client service, sales, or a related field is preferred

· Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, including the ability to develop entry-level staff

· Adaptability to evolving client needs and the ability to work independently

· Determination, drive, and a passion for delivering excellent service

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and client interaction

The average base salary for a Team Manager ranges between $39,000 and $75,500 per year. Experience and ability to build relationships within a sales format will determine the amount a Team Manager can make. The salary may also be dependent on the level of education. Travel bonuses, paid time off and other incentives will be provided throughout the year.
